He was predeceased by: his parents, August Lentz and Anna Lentz (Schmidt); and his wife Gladys Lentz. He is survived by: his children, Roseann Lewis (Craig), Laura Reigel (Phil), Christine Meis (Randy), Gregory Lentz and Angela Sanborn (Fred). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.
