She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Mikolajczyk and Anastasia Mikolajczyk; and her husband Donald M. Haugen of Saviour's Lutheran Church. She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Haugen (Jackie) of Townsend, WI, Douglas Haugen (Shelly) of Eldorado and Dale Haugen (Lee Aldridge) of Ocala, FL; and her daughter-in-law Jane Haugen. She is also survived by four grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her sister-in-law.
