He is survived by: his wife Sue; his son David Wiza Jr. (Carrie); his grandchildren, Carson Wiza (Jennifer), Tyler Wiza (Brooke Birschbach) and Shayna Peth (Brice); his daughter Wendy Krcmar (Jeff); his grandchildren, Nashua, Finlei, Dellyn and Martinah; his brother James Wiza; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Wiza, David Knuth, Gene Faris (Kerry), Paul Faris and Anne Faris.
