He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Handel (Kneisler) and Norbert Van Handel; his brother Keith; and his niece Kaitlynn. He is survived by: his daughters, Emily Joseph (Maxonn) and Morgan Evans (Mike); his fiancée Wendy Compton; his stepchildren, Alicia, Jessica, Quinn, Alec and Riley; and his brothers, John and Dewy.
