She is survived by: her children, Jasmine Scott (Brian S.), Gary Osborne II (Ashley) and Alexis Osborne; her fiancé Dennis McAully; and her siblings, Julie Martin (Dave), Rayne Schwartz, Frank Martin and Dale John Martin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
