She was predeceased by: her parents, Elson E. Giese and June J. Giese; and her brother Larry. She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Adzima; her daughter Holly Chapin (William); her grandsons, Hunter Chapin (Arianna) and Shea Chapin; and her great grandchildren, Elijah, Schyler, Eden, Calliope and Theodore. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
