He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Lotto and Mary Lotto (Shannon); his children, Mark Lotto and Cynthia Thompson; his sisters, Marilyn Peterson and Joanne Thomas; and his grandson Eric Thompson.
He is survived by: his children, Lawrence (Katy), Angelique Anderson (Charles), Elgin, Ill and Beth Ann Jensen; his siblings, Larry Lotto (Marlene), Robert Lotto, Green Bay, LaVerne Kowalkowski (Bernard) and Linda Majewski; and his brothers-in-law, James Peterson, Minn and Patrick Thomas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
