He is survived by: his parent Phil Gehlhoff Sr.; his wife Judy; his son Jim Gehlhoff (Wendy); his granddaughters, Gina and Alicia Gehlhoff of Florence; his son-in-law Curt Jensen; his daughter Chelsea Jensen of Florence; his granddaughter Julianne Augustyn (Jason); his children, Gavin, Carter and Vienna of Appleton, Wis.; his sisters, Judy VonOepen of St. Paul and Sandy Witynski of Florence; and his aunt Hazel Gehlhoff of Florence. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
