It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Leppanen of Florence, Wisconsin, born in Pontiac, Michigan, who passed away on July 6, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Waino Leppanen and Joyce Leppanen (Trudell); his son Scott Leppanen; his stepfather Alfred Soderberg; and his sisters, Florence Liddle, Adrienne Hoehne and Sharon Moratti.
He is survived by: his daughter Paula; his siblings, Bucko Soderberg, Deanna Hughes, Bernadette Sjoquist, Brenda Mohr and Alene Sleeter; and his close friends, David and Chad Bonetti. He is also survived by cousins, many nieces and nephews.
