We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2020 we had to say goodbye to George O. Nelson of Florence, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Gertrude Nelson. He is survived by: his children, Eric Nelson of O'Fallon, IL, Leif Nelson (Carol) of Tarpon Springs, FL, Inger Jacobson (Paul) of Stevens Point, WI and Greta Nelson of Stuarts Draft, VA; his grandchildren, Sarah Scott (Chris), Rebecca Nelson, Niles Nelson, Aarika Nelson and Anders Jacobson; his great grandchild George; and his siblings, Janet Johnson of Iron Mountain, MI. and Phil Nelson (Jane) of Libertyville, IL..

Due to the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, a memorial service will be planned for spring/summer 2021 so that family and friends may safely travel and attend.

In lieu of flowers, donations in George's name may be made to Norway Evangelical Covenant Church, where he was part of the church family.
