He is survived by: his wife Florence; his children, Rick Zastrow (Diane), Sue Thelen (Dennis), Steve Zastrow (Karen), Julie Birr (Dick) and Mary Hickenbottom (Louie); his grandchildren, Jason Thelen (Sarah), Dan Thelen, Karissa Wiley (Brian), Rebecca Banach (Christopher), Joe Thelen (Andrea), Kevin Zastrow (Ana), Abby Jurken (Ben), Nathan Birr (Melissa), Matthew Birr, Ashley Tlamsa (Drew), Zach Zastrow and Madalyn Zastrow (My); and his great grandchildren, Abby Kuehl (Nathan), Emma, Zach Thelen, Audrey, Harper Banach, Joey and Raylan Thelen. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
