He was predeceased by: his parents, James Newton McNinch and Florence Leola McNinch (Maynard); his wife Colleen; his granddaughter Ariel Colchado-Arter; his siblings, Neil McNinch, William McNinch (Marilyn) and Marian "Betty" Stone (Harold); his fathers-in-law, Donald Riley and Ken Biebow; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Riley, David Riley and Timothy Riley.
He is survived by: his nieces, Casey and Cricket; his children, Suzanne DeGroot (Pat) of Shiocton, WI, Kirsten Killinger of Neenah, WI and Andrew McNinch (Jennie) of Appleton, WI; his former wife Patricia McNinch of Neenah, WI; his grandchildren, Jessica Temple, Jacob Temple (Tara), Alex Mishun (Kelsey), Layla Lessor (Hayden), Cullen McNinch and Camden McNinch; his grandson-in-law Mateo Colchado; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Evelyn, Mattalynn, Lucy, Beckett, Diana, Oliver and Noah; his mother-in-law Dorthy Riley of Fish Creek, WI; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Riley (Rita) of Fish Creek, WI, Paula Riley of Oshkosh, WI and Sue Marlene McNinch of East Moline, IL.
