She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Sack and Gladys Sack; her parents-in-law, Beverly Koester (Bud) and Russel Spaulding; and her brothers, Frank and David Sack.
She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey David Spaulding; her children, Michael T. Wagner, Jenny Mozena and Jackie Mann (Jake); her grandchildren, Lillianna, Damian, Dezarae, Danica, Delainey, Destiny and Delilah; and her siblings, Richard Sack (Debbie), Roger Sack (Carrie), Rita La Rue, Sandy Darnell (Rowdy), Mark Sack (Kristine) and Bob Sack. She is also survived by many sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
