She is survived by: her children, Jessy Taylor-Bellamy (JR) of Conway, SC and Samuel McConnell of Burns Flat, OK; her grandchildren, Carolina Smith of Johnsonville, SC, Elijiah Taylor of Conway, SC, Silas Bellamy of Conway, SC and Levi McConnell of Burns Flat, OK; her boyfriend Patrick Appel of Fifield, WI; her siblings, Lori Wallentine of Montpelier, ID, Michelle Wilson of Broken Arrow, OK, Debra Gonzalez of Broken Arrow, OK and Samuel McConnell of Mannford, OK; her cousin Kathy Stegall (Gerald) of Burns Flat, OK; and her aunt Margie McConnell of Hennessey, OK.
