He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Jeanee Surman, Exiquio and Hortencia Garcia; his aunts, Lydia, Inez, Isabel and Peggy Garcia; his uncle Elijio Garcia; and his close friend Jayson Oritiz of Texas.
He is survived by: his parents, Mitch Surman and Juanita Surman (Garcia); and his sister Maria. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and beloved pets.
