He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob and Agnes Vedvik Sr. (Anderson); his wife Arvalene Maxine Skrede; his siblings, Margaret Roemer and Harold Vedvik; and his niece Marcia Connelly (Roemer).
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Meredith Vedvik; his niece Teri Swanson (John); his nephews, Randy Vedvik (Janet), Harold Vedvik, Robert Roemer (Janet) and Mark Roemer; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Adrian Swanson (Joann), John Swanson (Lacey), Breanne Groom (Jesse), Richard Vedvik (Beth), Robynn Messerly (Alan), Michael Roemer and Christopher Connelly. He is also survived by great-great- nieces, nephews and other friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers or plants memorials are preferred and may be offered to the Crawford Co. Historical Society.
