He was predeceased by: his father Roger Blackbourn; and his former wife Blondie. He is survived by: his mother Donna Blackbourn (Pettera); his wife Kim Blackbourn; his children, Marty O'Meara (Heidi), Corrie O'Meara, Nick Blackbourn (Emily) and Jay Blackbourn (Amanda); his grandchildren, Owen, Dylan O'Meara, Layna, Ridley, Lexy O'Meara, Reid, Etta, Nash Blackbourn, Tay Blackbourn and Isla Edwards; his stepchildren, Brock Edwards (Samantha), Brooklyn Freestone (Konner Ellenson) and Braeden Freestone (Makenna Monson); his brother Mark Blackbourn (Jan); and his parents-in-law, Allen and Vicki Burkheimer.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Larson Family Funeral Home (925 10th St, Fennimore, WI 53809). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at the same location.
