He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavern Prochaska and Lorraine Prochaska of Fennimore, WI. He is survived by: his son Justin Prochaska (Kiley); his grandchildren, Ella, Mavis and Oliver; his daughter Stephanie Prochaska; and his siblings, Daniel Seitz (Chris), David Prochaska, Kevin Prochaska and Jan Obershaw (Terry).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Mineral Point Rescue Squad Building (907 Ridge St, Mineral Point, WI 53565).
