He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother June; his wife Harriet Swenson; his children, Benjamin, Barbara Thyren (David) of Boscobel, Beverly DeLapp (Ed) of Pineville, MO, Betty Howes (Tom) of Amery, Bill Russell of Fennimore, Bonnie Malven (Tony) of Cresco, IA and Briant Russell (Marcia) of Boscobel; his brother Byron Russell of Viroqua; his brother-in-law Leonard Swenson; and his great grandchild Adelynn. He was also cherished by 20 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren.
Per Paul's request, he wants "No flowers or frills". Memorials may be made to Gideon's International or the Trinity Evangelical Free Church in loving memory of Paul Russell.
