We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2021, at the age of 71, Michael Ferrie of Fennimore, Wisconsin, born in Stanley, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ferrie and Theresa Ferrie (Glisner); his granddaughter Harper Gehrett; his sisters, Linda and Margaret; his siblings-in-law, Thomas, Bob Gleason, Patty Prochaska and Mary Coudray; and his niece Jennifer Gleason.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Gleason of Fennimore; his children, Elizabeth Gehrett (Lance) of West Allis, Kathryn Omdahl (Matthew) of Fennimore, Christine, Joe and John; his grandchildren, Max, Emma, Maeve Gehrett, Kya Wehrle and Adeline Omdahl; his siblings, Richard Jr., Jim, Mary, Pam, Patty, Barb, Debbie and Bonnie; and his mothers-in-law, Betty Gleason, Kathy Freymiller (Curt) and Mary Gleason. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Mike was often seen at many charity events in the community and in death, Mike continued his generosity through his gift of organ and tissue recovery for others in need.
