He was predeceased by: his mother Carol A. Custer; his grandparents, Ruth, Arthur Lewis, LaVonne (Bonnie) and Robert Nachtrieb; and his pet Daisy Mae Dukes.
He is survived by: his father Jim L. Lewis of Fennimore; his sister Jessie Nodolf (Shane); his nieces and nephews, Reegan Bahr, Braxton Nodolf, Braelyn Nodolf and Finn Nodolf of Belmont; and his pet Khloe.
