He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Stastny and Elizabeth "Betty" Stastny (Martin). He is survived by: his siblings, James M. Stastny, Diane Neas (Mark) of LaCrosse and Lisa Esser (Pete) of Boscobel; his nieces, Marissa Janke (Kyle) of Mindoro, WI and Amelia Neas (Zach Madden) of Madison; his great-niece Adeline Janke of Mindoro; and his friends, Bill Doan of Fennimore, Chuck Stenner of Fennimore and Jeremy Miles of Fennimore.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Fennimore Rescue Squad or the Onalaska Care Center.
