She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Monroe and Gladys Monroe (Merry); and her siblings, Virginia Miller (Frank) and Harley "Bud" Monroe (Alberta). She is survived by: her spouse Aubrey Blackburn; and her children, Melody Govier (Dennis) of Westby, Nancy Govier (John) of Tucson, AZ, Christine Butler (Roger) of Boscobel, Dave Blackburn (Christy) of Fennimore and Jim Blackburn (Lou Ann) of Mt. Hope. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
