She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Bell and Mabel Bell (Newhall); her husband Loren Smith; her sons, William "Bill" Smith and Terry Smith; her children-in-law, Debra Smith and Rick VanNatta; her grandson-in-law Brad Griswold; her brother Keith Bell; and her brothers-in-law, Mike Lomperski and Hans Sperle.
She is survived by: her children, Susan VanNatta of Lancaster, Alison Olson (Clifford) and Carson Smith (Annetta) of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Lisa Lichtenberg (Mark), Tracey Smith (Ryan McDonough), Matthew Paulson, Jesse Taylor, Chris Taylor (Amanda Baus), Jennifer Taylor (Jamie Post), Whitney Olson, Benjamin Olson, Benjamin Smith (Kayla) and Lauren Smith (Trevor Johnson); her daughter-in-law Elaine Smith; and her sisters, Shirley Sperle and Barbara Lomperski. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and one on the way; four great-great grandchildren.
