He is survived by: his parent Marion Richards (Fox); his wife Thanna; his children, Delmer Miller (Nicole), Jerry Miller (Deborah), Jim Miller (Debbie), Sandra Joiner (Gregory), Sherry Kinzler (Donald) and Robert Miller (Kimberly); and his siblings, Ronald Richards (Kathleen), JoAnn Hester (Barry) and Janice Tyma (Thomas). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
