He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Johnson and Evelyn Johnson (Powell); and his sisters, Valoris Kaplunow and Dawn Neuman. He is survived by: his wife Marcy Johnson of Fall Creek; his children, Michael Johnson (Candace Huebner) of Red Wing, MN, Terri Johnson (Richard Seidel) of Fall Creek and Jay Johnson (Lisa) of Fall Creek; his grandchildren, Becky Tischendorf (Scott) of Marshfield, WI, Patrick Johnson (Jamie) of Rochester, MN, Erin Smith of Fall Creek, Eliza Smith (Juan Puchi Hernandez) of Fall Creek, Nicholas Johnson of Eau Claire and Ryan Johnson of Fall Creek; his great grandchildren, Eli Tischendorf, Declan Johnson, Irelynn Johnson and Saul Puchi Smith; and his brother Ray Johnson (Debby) of Shell Lake, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. James Trinity Lutheran Church furnace fund or the Eau Claire County Humane Association.
