He is survived by: his wife Judy Doherty; his daughters, Tracy Doherty (Tanner Berkhotz) and Tess Stellmacher (Mike Winkler); his granddaughters, McKenzie Gilkes, Samantha Stellmacher and Taylor Stellmacher; his siblings, Dan Doherty, Patti Kok and Jane Decker (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Carla Poortenga (Doug), Bonnie Scheier (Lee) and Randy Schultz (Lori). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
