He is survived by: his children, Cassandra Nickell (Kent) of Barronett, WI, Lisa Saffert (Mark) of Exeland, WI, Roger Mattson of Mora, MN and Sammi Jo Mattson of Mora, MN; his grandsons, Austin Hagstrom and Jason Saffert; his stepgrandchildren, Justin, Kyle and Amber Nickell; his great grandchild Keegan Nickell; his siblings, Pamela Foote of Iron River, MI, Jeff Mattson (Rachel) of Fridley, MN and Patricia Mattson of Sandstone, MN; and his mother-in-law Kathy Williams of Mora, MN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
