We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2019, at the age of 57, Teresa Lynn Martin (Evansville, Wisconsin), born in Cuba City, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents-in-law, Betty Martin and Neil Martin. She is survived by: her parents, Gary Foht and Jane Foht; her husband Steve; her children, Chad Martin (Kaelyn), Cori Naatz (Matt) and Tanya Porter (Timmy); her grandchildren, Rowan, Zander, Neilsen, Zoey and Trace; her siblings, Jodi (Ted), Sherri (Greg), Tim and Tom (Lori); and her siblings-in-law, Donna (Jeff), Kay (Mike), Michael (Gayle), Ron (Linda) and Dale (Lynn). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to UW Carbone Cancer Center.
