He was predeceased by: his parents, George Howard and Carol Howard (Croak); and his brother Richard "Dick" Howard. He is survived by: his wife DeAnn Tracy of Evansville; his children, Bob Howard (Lisa) of Lansing, MI. and Mechele Noonan (Pat) of Brodhead, WI.; his grandchildren, Jarred, Calvin Howard, Ryan Noonan, Nicholas Noonan, Abbey Noreen (Patrick) and Alivia Tinker; and his brothers, Kenny Howard (Barb) and Kendell Howard (Diane). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held due to covid 19 and a celebration of life will be planned for a later date.
