He was predeceased by: his brother Jerry. He is survived by: his friends, Bill, Brian and Carl; and his siblings, Carol Bergen of Monroe, WI and Gary Von Bergen (Angie) of Oakland, OR. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
