He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Purkapile and Hazel Purkapile (Porter); his wife Margaret; his children, Dorothy Patterson (Robin), Robert Purkapile (Cheryl), Richard Purkapile (Debbie), Roger Purkapile (Bonnie), Donna Laack (Mike) and Ron Purkapile; his grandchildren, Eric Patterson (Emily Coronado), Adam Patterson (Rachel), Heather Frickelton (Skyler), Matt Purkapile (Katie), Nick Purkapile (Amanda) and Kris (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Trent Hartzell, Amaury Coronado, Cassia Patterson and Kairos Patterson; his grandparents, Callen Purkapile, Colton Purkapile, Cashton Purkapile, Sydney Purkapile, Greyson Purkapile, Izabel Purkapile, Brantley Laack and John Henry Laack; and his siblings, William Purkapile, Ivan, Lenice and Marian. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
