He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole Petterson and Marie Petterson (Campion); his wife Janet Louise Austria; his siblings, Ronald and Jeanette Finnane (Blum); his siblings-in-law, Robert Dingle, Jay Blum, Richard Luers, Don Bruesewitz, Susan Bahner and Lois Bruesewitz; his niece Deb Olsen (Blum); and his nephews, John Luers and Arnold Bruesewitz.
He is survived by: his children, Kari Myrland (Glen Jones), Jackie Morgan, Mike (Carla), Tom (Elaine) and Brad (Jeannie); his siblings, Joanne Dingle, Susan Luers, John and James (Lorraine); and his siblings-in-law, Pat Finnane and Jean Petterson (Berg). He is also survived by his children, 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Evansville Fund (Robert J. & Janet L. Petterson Family Fund) or St Paul Catholic Church.
