He is survived by: his wife Laura Buxton of Evansville; his daughters, Linda Percival of Evansville, Paula Ann Case of Evansville and Catherine Annette Wheeler (Kevin) of Delavan; and his grandchildren, David, Charles, Brandon, Ciata, Paul and Jeanne. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
