It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy Donald Nelson (Evansville, Wisconsin), born in Blue River, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 14, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Nelson and Rita Nelson (Weir); his daughter Lisa Hunter; and his brothers, Oscar and Darrald.

He is survived by: his wife Sheila Nieman; his children, Denise Nelson, Madison, Cheryl Nelson, Sun Prairie, Sara Nelson, Nick Hunt Evansville (Angie) and Ben Hunt Evansville (Heather); his grandchildren, D. J., Kiara, Matthew, Chase, Hannah, August, Charlotte, Everet, Carter, Braelynn and Wyatt; and his siblings, Ken Nelson, Myron Nelson, Shirley Sword (Lyle), Ashton of Illinois and LaVonne Porter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
