He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Devlin and Clara Devlin; his brothers, Marvin and Rollie; and his sister-in-law Shirley Devlin.
He is survived by: his wife Clara; and his children, Joni Cordia (Doug), Dave Devlin (Billie), Steve Devlin (Julee) and DeeAnne Smelcer (Royce). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great grand children, nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Veterans Administration in Madison in Ken's name.
