It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jodene Marie Folstad (Evansville, Wisconsin), born in Stoughton, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tomlin and Marian Tomlin (Ripp); her son Melvin "Mick" Shotliff III; and her brother Jonny Tomlin (Bruce Folstad). She is survived by: her former spouse Mel Shotliff Jr.; her child Micky; her husband Bruce Folstad; her daughters, Jamie Shotliff of Evansville and Megan Bergum (Michael Domke) of Evansville; her grandchildren, Sidney, Braiden (Lexi), Jacob, Stephanie, Paige, Brogan, Daniel and Gracie; her great grandchildren, Kinsley, Kashton and Kaizyn; her siblings, Jeff Tomlin (Shannon), Julie Badtke, Mindy Tomlin, Jeanne Tomlin (Gary), Joel Tomlin, Mark Tomlin, Jen Willing (Jason Olson) and Marnie Hollenbach (Jeff); and her friend Carol Laube.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations be made to the family of Jody Folstad.
