He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Erdmann and Nellie Erdmann; his brothers, Walter R. and Robert (Audrey); and his sister-in-law Eunice.

He is survived by: his wife Connie; his sons, Cameron (Susan), Kelton (Iris), Aaron and Garth (Mollie); his granddaughter Diana (Carlton) of Greer, SC; his sons, Farley of Evansville and Drew (Amanda) of Albany; his cousins, Janice McGonigal, Helen Ailport and Karen Showers; and his nephews, Mark (Kipley), Jeffrey (Judy) and David (Mary). He is also survived by many special friends, neighbors. classmates.
