He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Kuhlow and Margaret Kuhlow (Dowd). He is survived by: his wife Mary Popanz; his cousins, Bill Kuhlow (Suzanne), Patti Weber (Lyle Medenwaldt), Jim Kuhlow and Jamie Kramer (Nick); and his parents-in-law, Elizabeth Morrissette (Andy), Genevieve "Ginger" Niebuhr (Robert), Kathleen Jansen (Steve) and Joseph Popanz. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
