She was predeceased by: her parents, Jens Norum and Dorothy Norum. She is survived by: her husband David C. Franklin; her children, Jolaine Phillips (Randy), Randy Franklin (Lisa), Cathy Guenterberg (Dave), Jim Franklin (Amy), Pete Franklin (Julie), Phoebe Templeton (Rich) and Jennifer Franklin (Travis); and her sister Joyce Block (Dwayne).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
