She was predeceased by: her parents, Ryburn Gunsolus and Christine Gunsolus (Strandlie); her husband Gordon E. Carlson; her children, Gordon A. Carlson and Susan Nicks; her grandsons, Travis Carlson and Brian Brown; and her sister Joann.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Anderson (Duane) of Evansville, David Carlson (Debra) of Evansville and JoAnn Plautz (Philip) of Kansas City; her grandchildren, Ricky Carlson, Torrie Carlson, Lukas Nicks, Brennen Carlson, Marah Plautz and Niles Plautz; her great grandchildren, Killian, Sequoia, Gavin and Emma; her siblings, Charlene, Donna, Pat, Richard and Jerry; and her niece Sherry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at a later date due to restrictions of Covid 19.
