He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Fenner and Marion Fenner (Mueller); his grandparents, Florence Mueller, Jesse and Esther Fenner; and his uncle Douglas.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Fenner; his daughters, Michelle (Andrew Dickrell), Christina Fenner and Joanna Fenner; and his siblings, David, Dennis, Douglas, Ann and Debbie.
