With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Billy Thomas Reed of Evansville, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 19, 2025 at the age of 91. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Reed and Jessie Lou Reed; his wife Rose Reed (Schelb); his son David Reed of Edgerton, WI; his brother Hillman Reed; his sister-in-law Ann Reed; and his niece Risa Staggs.
He is survived by: his sons, Dan (Karen), Tim (LaVonn) and John (Cathe); his daughter-in-law Lorrie Reed (Bianka Beckman) of Evansville, WI; and his pet Reggie. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ward-Hurtley Funeral Home (130 S 5th St, Evansville, WI 53536). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. He had to wait several years due to the pandemic but was finally able to explore the Galapagos Islands.
