He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd and Jean. He is survived by: his wife Bev Schutte; and his siblings, Mike Woltz (Patti), Donny Woltz (Judy), Bruce Woltz (Lori Ostby), Janice Woltz, Julie Stark (Donny), Brian Woltz and Cathy Ellefson (Darrin). He is also survived by many family members on Bev's side, many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members and friends.
