He is survived by: his daughters, Melinda (Jack) and Lindsay; his wife Cindy; his granddaughters, Bailee, Hannah and Emma; and his siblings, Larry, Dexter Bylander and Jeanne Gouker. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives, and many friends.
