She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Tisch Gilbert and Nancy Ruth Gilbert (Waite). She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy Wiens (Richard) of Long Island, NY and Nicholas Gilbert; her husband William Calkins; and her friend Mark Sitte (Jennifer) of Sister Bay.
