It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Williams of Ephraim, Wisconsin, born in Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on February 25, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Orren Williams and Mary Margaret Williams (Perry). He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Brown; his daughters, Robin Williams of California and Megan Shaw (Nathan) of Holmen, WI; and his brothers, Robert Williams (Susan) of Arlington and David Williams (Karen) of Topsham, Maine.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Douglas' name to the Ephraim Historical Foundation.
