He is survived by: his father John Sr.; his siblings, Susie Brihn, Cindy Icard, Laurie Bazille, Julie Ebler (Richard), Beth Ziemer (Jeff) and Brad Bazille (Linda); and his sister-in-law Mary Bazille. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
