She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jaworski and Rose Jaworski (Westphal); her husband Myron "Sonny" Sievert; her son Dale Sievert; and her daughter-in-law Judy Sievert.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Leeman (Brad) of Bonduel, Mark Sievert (Pam Woods) of Homeless, Mike Sievert (Amy) of North Chase and Rod Sievert (Ann) of North Chase; and her grandchildren, Wendy Danielson (Erik), Heather Demerath (Cory), Jacob Leeman (Kathryn), Brandi Sievert (Troy), Al Sievert, Chase, Angela, Sophia, Evan, Issac, Holden Sievert, Zachary (Lauren) and Nick Sievert. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; four brothers, a sister, five sisters-in-law; and many nieces, nephews and other family members.
