He was predeceased by: his stepmother Carolyn Kelsey; and his brother Richard R. Kelsey. He is survived by: his wife Laura Gant; his sons, Joshua Kelsey of Elroy and Kory Kelsey of Eau Claire; the mother of his children Laura Gant; his parents, Rebecca Craig (Douglas) of Citrus Springs, Florida and Richard C. Kelsey of Muscoda; and his sisters, Tamara Green (William) of Reedsburg and Tina McMillan of Cazenovia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
